Our Latest News

School will close at 1:30 on Wednesday 22nd July at 1:30. We wish all the children a safe and enjoyable summer and look foward to welcoming Years 1-6 back on Thursday 3rd September. Reception and Nursery children have received their start dates. Enjoy the summer!

22nd July - Last Day of term. School closes at 1:30pm.

The last day of term will be a Mufti-Day children can wear their own clothes. Children may also bring in a game or toy - no electronic games.
Due to the weather, KS1 Sports Day for parents is cancelled and has been rescheduled for 1:20 on Friday 26th June. The weather is due to improve today so the children still need to come to school in kit as they will take part in the rotation of activities (as they do not need to be on the field).

 What Ofsted says about Charville Primary School Academy Trust

 We were inspected by Ofsted on the 24th and 25th March 2015.
  • School leaders and governors are taking decisive and positive action to rapidly raise pupils’ achievement and to improve teaching. Their action is having a positive impact.
  • Pupils show positive attitudes to learning and behave well in lessons and around the academy.
  • Children in Nursery and Reception have a good start and make good progress.
  • Members of the governing body have high aspirations for the new academy.
